    I was refused service by a rude lady in store today as I had a £5 note not the correct change - made my 2 children cry as they had already chosen a biscuit each ..... Appalling!! Was rescued by 2 lovely ladies who had change and paid for my daughters biscuits. Warrens you should be ashamed........

    The "Artisan Ciabatta" was overpriced (£2.20) and tough as old boots!
    I think it may have been in the window too long.
    Surely this sort of bread at this price should only be sold freshly baked?
