  Recently updated.Swish interior,large and pleasant outside area.I am told the food is good.Very small car park but it is very close to a pay car park.When I was there I had to wait far too long at the bar as the resterant drinks took priority.

  Very nice atmosphere first time I've been in here being disabled in a electric wheelchair getting in and is very easy and the pint is very refreshing great pub to be in and the staff are very polite to everyone will be coming in more often

  Simply superb food that elevates this so far beyond your average pub. Possibly one of the best meals I have ever had with superb tastes and flavours throughout and perfect cooking. I started with the ham hock scotch egg and this was served with blue cheese which superbly complemented the rich egg. For a main I had the venison with juniper and pork belly and the combination of the venison and juniper was perfection. Finally I had the apple trifle served with an apple donut and green apple sorbet - so many variences on apple in a single dessert. Simply superb. Perfect service and venue as well. Highly recommended.
